Returns & Cancellations

We want you to love what you buy. Here's how returns and cancellations work.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched. Once a made-to-order piece has entered production, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns

Stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Made-to-order and customised pieces are non-returnable except where they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
